Hello
My name is Kim and welcome to my veggie patch. I am relatively new to veggie growing.
Please feel free to add any advice and experiences.
2006
Last year I grew some potatoes charlotte and pentland javelin in large polypots which did really well. I grew moneymaker tomatoes (which didnt do so well they kept splitting) and some plum tomatoes which did really well. My broad beans and peas did ok but I don't think I grew enough plants. My courgettes were ok but I think they needed more space.

2007
This year I plan to do things on a much larger scale.
I am going to use linkaboard raised beds (I have 5 so far) for cabbages, cauliflower, calabrese, peas, broad beans, and courgettes.
I am growing Charlotte, Pentland Javelin, Arran Pilot and Pink Fir Apple potatoes in pots and polypots with Maris Piper in one potato bed yet to be dug.
Chillis, peppers and tomatoes are going in my plastic greenhouse.
Lettuce, spinach and rocket are going in between stuff where I can find the space.
